Why should I choose IT Squad?

We are locally owned and operated and believe we offer the most competitive pricing available on the Gold Coast. Not everybody enjoys all things technical, so we don't blurt out all the jargon, unless you want us to of course! When setting up IT SQUAD we looked at what was already available and found ways that we could offer something even better to our customers. With no-fix no-fee, free pick-up and drop-off, low flat fixed rates and a personal service we believe you'll be 100% satisfied with us. Give us a try and we'll show you why!

What are your operating hours?

We operate Monday - Friday 9am til 10pm. We also operate on the weekends on a by appointment basis. If you would like to make a booking please call us on (07)55569610, or use our booking form.

Is it easy to get a technician to come to me?

Yes! You can either call us on (07)55569610 or use our Book a technician page to make an appointment for any of our services.

How long will it take to fix my PC in your workshop?

We always aim for as quick a turnaround as possible. We will usually get your PC back to you within 48 hours of pick up. If parts are needed, a member of our SQUAD will always contact you prior to ordering them, with details of the estimated costs and completion time, to check you wish to go ahead with the works.

Do you charge a call out fee?

No, we don't believe in call out fees!

Can I buy hardware through you?

Yes! IT Squad can source all computer parts at competitive prices. Just contact us and will will provide you with a free quote.

What if you are not able to fix my PC?

We operate on a no-fix no-fee policy. If our technician is unable to fix your PC onsite then we may bring it into our workshop where we can spend more time getting it perfect before we return it to you (no extra charge of course!). If we are unable to fix a problem we will not charge you for any of our services.
